The order confirmation email serves as a written confirmation of your order. A gift lost by the customer will not be replaced or refunded.
Delivery, delay and delivery costs
You can place your orders 24 hours a day on our website. We strive to process orders within 48 hours (business days). They are sent by post to Switzerland by post: delivery costs are CHF 5.- per order. Deliveries abroad are made by registered mail against a fee of Fr. 10.- per order. In case of an urgent order, however, we suggest you pick up your gift vouchers directly at the Beauty Square Institute. Validity
