CANCELLATION

The cancellation period is 48 hours, it will allow us to replace another client in your place. You can cancel your appointment by phone, voice mail, or e-mail. If you forget to cancel, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the amount of the desired services. In case of too much repeated forgetfulness, we reserve the right to not assign you any more appointments.
