APPLICATION OF TERMS
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the overall relationship of Beauty Square with its customers as part of their use of the site www.beauty-square.ch. Beauty square is the operator of Beauty Square online. The contracting parties are the client and Beauty Square, 3 rue Abraham Gevray - 1203 Geneva.
During any transaction, the customer acknowledges having read these Terms and expressly declares his consent. Hereafter, Beauty Square will be referred by Beauty square.ch.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PROPOSED ARTICLES
The articles offered on Beauty-square.ch are beauty products, fragrances and quality body care. In accordance with the usage in cosmetic products, they are delivered without guarantee except that of the producer.
UNAVAILABILITY
Beauty square attaches great importance to the satisfaction of its customers and their requirements as well as the punctual delivery of orders. However, Beauty square may decline certain orders and can not be held responsible for temporary or permanent non-availability of a product. In this case, the amount already paid for the undeliverable product is refunded to the customer.
CANCELLATION
The cancellation period is 48 hours, it will allow us to replace another customer in your place.
You can cancel your appointment by phone, voicemail, or e-mail. In the event of forgetting, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the amount of the desired services.
In the event of too much repeated forgetting, we reserve the right to no longer assign you an appointment.
About gift vouchers: Appointments for vouchers not honoured or with an expired date will necessarily result in the cancellation of the offer.
PRICE
Unless otherwise indicated, the prices displayed are in CHF including VAT. In the event of a price change, the order date will prevail. After each order, the customer receives a confirmation by email.
CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT AND SECURITY
The customer has the choice between several payment methods: credit card (eg Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, e-finance transfer. Any bank charges related to the transfer are the responsibility of the customer. Beauty Square reserves the right not to offer all methods of payment and to indicate another method of payment available.
For any other means of payment, the security of the data transmission is ensured by Stripe. This data is encrypted and transmitted by secure SSL (https) protocol. Payment is made when ordering.
RIGHT OF RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP
Beauty square remains the sole owner of the merchandise until full payment.
DATA PROTECTION
Only the data necessary for the smooth delivery of the order are saved. An inscription contributes to an efficient and simplified ordering process. The customer who registers agrees that his personal data are saved. In no case, these personal data are sold to third parties. When a customer deletes their account, the customer data is deleted.
ORDER
The sales contract comes into force upon confirmation of the order. At each order, the buyer confirms having read these general conditions of sale and declares his consent. Beauty square reserves the right to refuse an order.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Any successful order is confirmed by email.
PRODUCT PALLET
Our mission is to offer our customers a complete range of beauty products, perfumes, accessories. The quality of the products on offer as well as first-class service is a top priority for us. The positive effects of the ingredients have not been certified by Beauty Square. The descriptions of the products come from information obtained by the suppliers. The Beauty Square product range can be changed at any time.
AMENDMENT OF TERMS
Beauts Square reserves the right to modify or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time.

SALVATORY CLAUSE
All points that are not regulated in these Terms are governed by Swiss law.
