Shipping & Returns
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours (Monday-Friday, excluding cantonal and federal holidays) and are dispatched according to availability by Swiss Post. The delivery time is usually 3-5 working days. Inaccurate or missing customer data may lead to longer delivery times or the inability to deliver the goods. In this case, Beauty square can not be held responsible.
In addition, Beauty square.ch assumes no liability for delays caused by the Post Office. The delivery radius is limited to Switzerland and Lichtenstein. For each order less than CHF 100.- (value of the goods, including VAT) a fixed price (shipping and packing costs) is invoiced at CHF 10.-. Delivery costs are free for the customer for any order over CHF 100.-. Any order not withdrawn or refused generates an administrative fee of at least CHF 20.- at the expense of the customer. Shipments by Swiss Post are governed by the Swiss General Conditions (GTC).
The risks associated with the transportation of the goods are borne by the customer.
The customer is required to carefully check the goods at the reception. Beauty square assumes no responsibility for delays in deliveries.
RIGHT OF RESTITUTION
Return of merchandise without cause is allowed within 7 working days of the order (the date of receipt of the goods is proof).
For hygienic reasons, products opened, damaged, incomplete, damaged or incomplete by the customer will not be refunded. The products must be returned in their original packaging. Shipping costs relating to the refund are the responsibility of the customer. Upon an authorized return, the customer is entitled to one of the following three services:

If merchandise arrives at the customer's premises in poor condition for reasons unrelated to transportation, it will be replaced.
